Q. I have uploaded my website but the holding page is still showing.
A. The place holder page is either "_holding" or "index.htm" depending on the server.
You will find this in your /web directory or wwwroot.
You can delete this page when you are ready to upload and replace it with your own index.htm or index.html etc.
